On your Marks!

This year, we’re doing something different. On 3rd June, colleagues will take on Mind over Miles, a one-day endurance challenge climbing the seven peaks of the Dublin Mountains. In a single day, the team will push themselves across this tough mountain route, testing their physical and mental resilience while coming together to raise vital funds and awareness for Jigsaw. Every step taken over the seven peaks supports Jigsaw’s mission to ensure that young people, struggling with their mental health, get the help and support they need and deserve.

The Big Fun-raiser

The Big Fun‑raiser returns with Mind over Miles, as colleagues take on a powerful one‑day challenge on 3rd June, climbing the seven peaks of the Dublin Mountains. On the day, participants will push themselves across this demanding route, while colleagues nationwide are encouraged to get involved too, choosing any activity they love, from walking and running to cycling, swimming and more, all to raise vital funds for Jigsaw and show the power of colleagues coming together so no young person has to face their mental health challenges alone.

How to get Involved

M&S colleagues are the beating heart of Mind over Miles. Thanks to your energy, commitment and generosity, we have already raised an incredible €250,000 for Jigsaw, helping to support young people’s mental health across Ireland and this is your opportunity to help us go even further. This year, colleagues are invited to get involved by taking part in Mind over Miles from 3rd-13th June, as participants climb the seven peaks of the Dublin Mountains in a single, inspiring day. Whether you’re tackling the mountains, getting active in your own way, or cheering others on, every step taken helps make a real difference. Together, we can show the power of coming together to support young people’s mental health — because when we work as one, the impact is truly powerful.

The partnership

Launched in 2023, M&S Ireland and Jigsaw came together with a shared ambition to make a meaningful difference to young people’s mental health across Ireland.

Jigsaw is a leading youth mental health charity, providing vital, free therapy and supports to young people (aged 12-25) who are struggling with their mental health, while also equipping families, educators and communities with the tools they need to help the young people in their lives.

Thanks to your incredible efforts, M&S Ireland colleagues have already helped raise an amazing €250,000 for Jigsaw. With your continued support, we aim to go even further, helping Jigsaw reach more young people and provide the mental health services and supports they need and deserve.
